基于研究生创新能力提升的物流类与食品类学科交叉融合教学改革与实践

摘要:学科交叉突破了单一学科的局限性,在创新人才培养模式方面颇具优势。农林类大学作为特色高校的重要分支,如何依托现有学科结构和学科特点促进学科间的交叉融合,是向“双一流”高校发展过程中面临的重要问题。以F大学为案例,分析了物流类和食品类学科交叉融合的教学改革模式及其实践路径,并总结了F大学物流类和食品类学科交叉融合的实践成效。

Teaching Reform and Practice of the Intersection and Integration of Logistics and Food Disciplines Based on the Improvement of Postgraduate’s Innovation Ability

Abstract: Discipline intersection breaks through the limitations of a single discipline, and is quite advantageous in the innovative talent cultivation mode. Agricultural and forestry universities, as an important branch of characteristic universities, how to promote interdisciplinary intersection and integration based on the existing disciplinary structure and disciplinary characteristics is an important issue in the process of developing into a “double first-class”university. Taking University F as a case study, the teaching reform mode and practice path of intersection and integration of logistics and food disciplines are analyzed, and the practice effectiveness of the intersection and integration of logistics and food disciplines in University F are summarized.
