摘 要：随着“一带一路”倡议的加速推进，高等教育国际化进程迎来新机遇。中外合作办学作为高等教育国际化的重要一环，面临国家与社会经济发展提出的更高要求，如何培养出具有国际化视野的创新型人才已成为核心问题。该文以渤海大学“中波合作办学”项目为例，深入剖析了在提质增效理念的引导下，高校中外合作办学在培养模式与教学管理体系方面的创新举措，分析了当前教学管理面临的挑战，并提出了优化路径。研究发现，高校应从教学体系、课程安排、教学方式、文化共融等方面进行改进，以期为其他中外合作办学项目提供借鉴与启示。

——A Case Study of Sino-Polish Cooperative Education Project of Bohai University

Abstract：Chinese higher education internationalization process is embracing new opportunities with the“Belt and Road”initiative carrying forward accelerated. As an important part of the higher education internationalization，the Sino- foreign cooperative education is put forward with higher requirements by state and social economy development. How to cultivate innovative talents with an international perspective has become the core issue. Taking the“Sino-Polish Cooperative Education”project of Bohai University as a case，the innovative measures of Sino-foreign cooperative education are analyzed deeply in cultivation mode and teaching management system under the principle of improving quality and efficiency. Furthermore，the current challenges faced by teaching management are analyzed and the optimization paths are raised in this paper. The study finds that universities should make improvements in aspects such as teaching system，course arrangement，teaching method and cultural integration，with the aim of providing reference and inspiration for other Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.
