摘 要:研究由红曲粉、蜂胶提取物粉和富铬酵母配伍而成的红曲蜂胶复合制剂对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖模型小鼠及正常小鼠血糖水平的影响。将48只高血糖模型小鼠按血糖水平随机分为红曲蜂胶复合制剂低剂量组(0.21g/kg)、中剂量组(0.41g/kg)、高剂量组(1.24g/kg)和高血糖模型对照组(无菌水),每组12只,连续灌胃34 d后进行空腹血糖测试;另取48只高血糖模型小鼠以同样的分组方法和灌胃剂量,连续灌胃34d后进行糖耐量测试;另取正常血糖小鼠分为红曲蜂胶复合制剂组(1.24g/kg)和正常对照组(无菌水),连续灌胃34 d后进行空腹血糖测试。经口给予高血糖模型小鼠不同剂量红曲蜂胶复合制剂34 d后,与高血糖模型对照组相比,红曲蜂胶复合制剂高剂量组(1.24g/kg)能极显著提高血糖下降百分率(P<0.001),显著降低给葡萄糖0.5h后的血糖水平(P<0.05);红曲蜂胶复合制剂对正常小鼠空腹血糖水平无影响。表明红曲蜂胶复合制剂具有辅助降低高血糖模型小鼠血糖的作用。

Study on the Auxiliary Hypoglycemic Effect of the Hon-chi Propolis Composite Product

Abstract:To study the effects of the hon-chi propolis composite product made with the combination of hon-chi powder,propolis extract powder and chromium-enriched yeast on the blood glucose levels of alloxan-induced hyperglycemic model mice and normal mice. 48 hyperglycemic model mice were randomly divided into hon-chi propolis composite product low-dose group(0.21g/kg),medium dose group(0.41g/kg),high-dose group(1.24g/kg)and hyperglycemic model control group (sterile water) according to their blood glucose levels,with 12 mice in each group,their fasting blood glucose was tested after 34d of continuous oral gavage;Another 48 hyperglycemic model mice were given continuous oral gavage for 34 d with the same grouping method and gavage dose,after which their glucose tolerance was tested;Mice with normal blood glucose were divided into hon-chi propolis composite product group (1.24 g/kg) and normal control group (sterile water). Fasting blood glucose was tested after 34 d of continuous oral gavage. After oral gavage of different doses of the hon-chi propolis composite product in hyperglycemic model mice for 34 d,compared with hyperglycemic model control group,high dose of the hon-chi propolis composite product (1.24 g/kg) could significantly increase the percentage of blood glucose decline (P<0.001) and decrease blood glucose levels after 0.5 h of glucose administration (P<0.05);the hon-chi propolis composite product had no effect on fasting blood glucose level in normal mice. It indicates that the hon-chi propolis composite product has an auxiliary effect on lowering blood glucose in hyperglycemic model mice.
