慕萨莱思葡萄酒对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用

要:该实验将SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠(n=70)随机分为7组,每组10只,皮下注射D-半乳糖〔200mg/kg·bw)〕建立衰老模型,同时给予不同剂量的慕萨莱思葡萄酒灌胃,6周后分别测定小鼠血清和肝脏、脑、心脏、肾脏组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。检测结果显示,慕萨莱思葡萄酒可以显著增加小鼠血清和肝脏、心脏、肾脏组织中的SODGSH-PxCAT的活性以及脑组织中SODGSH-Px的活性,降低MDA含量。结果表明慕萨莱思葡萄酒具有良好的体内抗氧化作用。

After 6 weeksthe activities of superoxide dismutase SOD),glutathione peroxidase GSH-Px),catalase CATactivityand malondialdehyde MDAcontent in mouse serumliverbrainheartand kidney tissues were tested. The results showed that Musalles wine could significantly increase the activities of SODGSH-Px and CAT in the serumliverheart and kidney tissuesas well as the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the brain tissues of miceand decrease the MDA content. This experiment shows Musalles wine has good in vivo antioxidant effect.
