Abstract:China’s beef cattle industry is confronted with the dual pressures of surging consumption demand and rising breeding costs, making it urgent to develop new feed resources. This paper systematically analyzes the yield characteristics and feeding potential of Sichuan Baijiu distiller’s grains, focusing on exploring the nutritional characteristics of different forms of Baijiu distiller’s grain (fresh distiller’s grains, dried distiller’s grains, fermented distiller’s grains) and their adaptation mechanisms in beef cattle breeding. It aims to construct a precise matching technology system of“Aroma Type-Process-Feeding Effect”,providing theoretical support and practical paths for alleviating feed shortages and developing grain-saving husbandry. In the future, focusing on establishing a nutritional value evaluation system and optimizing bacterial strains are needed,as well as building a precise adaptation system of “Aroma Type- Process- Feeding Effect” to provide technical support for grain-saving husbandry.
