摘 要：教材是教育内容的载体、教学过程的依据、教学质量的保障，教材开发与建设是职业教育改革的重要任务。该文分析了“食品快速检测技术”课程教材的现状，在组建团队开展调研、创新教材编写体例、拓展教学资源包的开发思路下，从教材总体设计、项目模块设计、任务模块设计三个环节探究了活页式教材的建设路径。开发的“食品快速检测技术”活页式教材具备微视频讲解重难点操作、在线课程实现翻转教学、数字配套资源共建共享等特色，为相关领域其他课程新形态教材的开发建设提供了理论支撑与参考。

Development and Construction of Loose Leaf Teaching Materials in Higher Vocational Education Under the Background of the “Three Education”Reform

——Taking“Food Rapid Detection Technology”as an Example

Abstract：Teaching materials are the carrier of educational content，the basis of teaching process and the guarantee of teaching quality. The development and construction of teaching materials is an important task of vocational education reform. This paper analyzes the current situation of “Food Rapid Detection Technology”teaching materials，and explores the construction path of loose-leaf teaching materials from the three aspects of overall design of teaching materials，project module design and task module design under the development ideas of building a team to carry out research，innovative teaching material writing style and expanding teaching resource package. The developed“Food Rapid Detection Technology”loose-leaf teaching material has features such as micro- video explanation of important and difficult operations， online course realization of flipped teaching，digital supported resources co- construction and sharing，etc.，which provides theoretical support and reference for the development and construction of new forms of teaching materials for other courses in related fields.
