摘 要:“食品标准与法规”课程传统教学模式普遍存在理论性强、内容抽象枯燥、学生实践创新能力培养不足等问题。基于此,该研究通过整合“校、政、行、企”等多方资源,创新构建了“BOPPPS+四课堂”课程教学新模式:通过线上、线下、技能、社会“四课堂”,将真实工作任务及社会服务等融入教学过程,形成了“多课堂协同、多师共育、产教双向赋能”的育人新机制。教学实践表明,学生的知识内化度、技能应用水平及职业素养均得到了有效提升,教学质量与育人成效得到实质性提高。

Application of“BOPPPS+Four Classrooms”Teaching Model in“Food Standards and Regulations”Course Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract:Traditional teaching model of“Food Standards and Regulations”course often exists problems such as excessive theoretical focus,abstract and monotonous content,and insufficient cultivation of students’practical and innovative abilities. Based on these issues,this study integrates resources from “University,Government,Industry,Enterprise”to innovatively develop a new“BOPPPS+Four-Classroom”teaching model:through the “Four Classrooms”of online,offline,skill,and society,real-world tasks and social services are integrated into the teaching process, forming a new education mechanism of “multi classroom coordination, multi teacher coeducation, and dual empowerment of industry and education”. Teaching practice has shown effective improvement in students’knowledge internalization,skill application level,and professional competence,leading to substantial improvements in teaching quality and educational outcomes.
