摘 要：大型仪器是高校实验室的主要实验设施，大型仪器设备开放共享是培养创新人才的重要途径。本文以四川旅游学院烹饪科学重点实验室的大型仪器服务教学为例，探索大型仪器共享利用方式，提出构建本科实验教学创新体系、改进实验教学内容和方法、完善大型仪器制度体系、设立大型仪器开放共享基金和建立大型仪器共享服务平台等思路，对提高本科生的创新能力具有重要参考意义。

Study on Exploration and Practice of Opening Large-scale Instruments 

to Improve Undergraduate Innovation Ability

Abstract: Large-scale instruments are the main experimental facilities in university laboratories，and open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment are an important way to cultivate innovative talents. Taking the largescale instrument and equipment service teaching in the Key Laboratory of Culinary Science of Sichuan Tourism University as an example，this article explores the sharing and utilization methods of large-scale instruments and equipment,proposes to establish an innovative system for undergraduate experimental teaching,improve experimental teaching content and methods,improve the large- scale instrument system，establish a large-scale instrument open sharing fund,and establish a large- scale instrument sharing service platform,which has important reference significance for improving the innovative ability of undergraduate students.
