QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS法快速检测鱼肉中54种兽药残留

摘要:为改进和优化鱼肉中多兽残检测的QuEChERS样品前处理方法,考察了提取剂、吸附剂以及浓缩过程对54种兽药提取回收率的影响,建立了以乙腈饱和的正己烷为分散剂,0.5%甲酸乙腈为提取剂,C18粉为吸附剂并采用稀释法减少溶剂效应的QuEChERS样品前处理方法,结合液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术可同时测定鱼肉中54种兽药残留。方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,适用于鱼肉样品中多兽药残留的快速检测。

Abstract: In order to optimize and improve QuEChERS method for sample pretreatment of determination of multiple veterinary drug residues in fish,the effects of extractant,adsorbent and concentration process on the extraction efficiencies of the 54 veterinary drugs were investigated. The high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous detection of the 54 veterinary drug residues was developed,using QuEChERS as the sample pretreatment method with the dispersant of acetonitrile saturated n- hexane, the extractant of 0.5% formic acid acetonitrile, the adsorbent of C18 powder, and the dilution operation to reduce solvent effects. This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the rapid detection of multiple veterinary drug residues in fish.
