摘要：党的二十大报告提出：“推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇，优化职业教育类型定位。”为落实此要求，校企围绕产业需求，以乳品中试线建设为切入点，进行实践教学体系改革，共同开展应用技术型人才培养的探索。初期建设成果与教学效果表明，乳品中试线建设明显提升了食品专业人才培养的质量，对进一步深化产教融合、科教融汇起到了积极的作用，同时为食品专业人才培养模式提供了可供借鉴的新方案。

Exploration on Cultivation of Applied Technical Talents by Using Dairy Pilot Production Line under the Background of the Dual Integration of “Industry，Education and Science, Education”

Abstract: The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out：“promote integration between vocational education and general education，between industry and education，and between science and education. We will better establish vocational education as a category in the educational system.”To implement these requirements， schools and enterprises focus on industrial needs， take the construction of dairy pilot production lines as the breakthrough point， carry out practical teaching system reform， and jointly carry out exploration on the cultivation of applied technical talents. The initial construction results and teaching effects indicate that the construction of the dairy pilot production line has significantly improved the quality of talent cultivation in the food major，playing a positive role in further deepening the integration of industry and education，science and education. At the same time，it provides a new plan for the talent cultivation mode of the food major that can be used for reference.
