摘要：电子鼻是一种智能化、无接触的检测设备，在乳业及乳制品制造领域应用广泛。该文基于乳制品制造的产业链，重点阐述电子鼻在乳制品产业链中各环节的典型应用，并对电子鼻在乳制品中的应用进行展望。

Application and Prospect of Electronic Nose in Dairy Industry Chain

Abstract: Electronic nose is an intelligent and non-contact detection equipment，which is widely used in the field of dairy industry and dairy products manufacturing. Based on the industry chain of dairy products manufacturing， this paper focuses on explaining the typical application of electronic nose in various links of dairy products industry chain，and makes prospect for application of electronic nose in dairy products.
