沙棘在保健食品中的应用研究进展

摘要:沙棘作为一种传统的药食同源植物,在我国具有悠久的药用历史,有很高的药用价值,且富含多种营养成分,近年来被广泛应用于保健食品领域。该文对以沙棘为原料的保健食品进行统计分析,对沙棘的保健功能进行综述,为沙棘的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。

Research Progress on Application of Sea Buckthorn in Chinese Health Food

Abstract: Sea buckthorn,as a traditional medical food plant,has a long history of medicinal use in China. It has high medicinal value and is rich in various nutrients. In recent years,it has been widely used in the field of health food. This article provides a statistical analysis of health foods using sea buckthorn as raw material and reviews the health functions of sea buckthorn,providing reference for further research and development of sea buckthorn utilization.
