Abstract: This paper used health liquor brewed from ingredients such as dried lychee, wolfberry, rose, and mung bean as research object, focused on evaluating the physiological effects of drinking health liquor and impacts on nervous system. The paper first utilized (HT22) mouse neuronal cells, which were divided into three experimental groups: blank control group, base liquor group, and health liquor group. After 24 h treatments, changes in cell viability and oxidative damage indicators were assessed; Subsequently, mice were used as research objects, mice were randomly assigned to three experimental groups: blank control group, base liquor group, and health liquor group, with consecutive 28 d oral gavage. The changes in ethanol and vitamin B1 contents in the blood of mice were monitored, and the changes in oxidative damage, inflammatory factors, neurotrophic- related factors, and neurotransmitter levels in the brain tissue of mice were detected. Research results demonstrated that compared to the base liquor group, the health liquor group significantly increased vitamin B1 contents in mice blood and accelerated ethanol metabolism; In the meantime, health liquor group markedly enhanced superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities in both HT22 cells and mouse brain tissue. Furthermore, the health liquor group significantly reduced C-reactive protein (CRP) level in mouse brain tissue while significantly increasing interleukin- 10 (IL- 10) level; it notably decreased levels of nerve growth factor (NGF),basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF),and acetylcholine (Ach) in mouse brain tissue. In conclusion, the health liquor not only exhibits antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties while demonstrating alleviating effects on neurological damage.
